Shoe Station gift cards and coupons are redeemable at all store locations and online. The quickest way to check a balance involves the pin number printed on the back of the gift card. If you did not receive a pin or an actual card, you can call Shoe Station or use a third party service to find the card balance.
Instructions

Call the number located on the back of the gift card. Enter the gift card number and the pin number when prompted by the automated phone recording.
2Call Shoe Station's live chat between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at 800-934-6518 to speak with a representative.
3Send an inquiry about the gift card to the company at "cs@shoestation.com." Include the gift card number on the front of the card and the pin number located on the back in your email.
4Use an online gift card balance service like Get My Balance or Gift Balance. Once a gift card is verified at any store, these services can gather data about the card including the balance and any transactions.
Go to the gift card balance service's site and enter the gift card number on the front of your card into the search field. Press "Submit" to start the search process and wait for the service to return your balance.
